Dr. Benjamin Bader

Vita

Benjamin brings 15+ years of pharma service and life science background into the ZAS family. He obtained his PhD at the University of Rostock (Germany) and Karolinska Institute (Stockholm) and worked in preclinical contract research in different leading positions before he was appointed as CEO at ZAS in 2018. He is responsible for the GLP test facility management and the director of manufacturing within the manufacturing authorization of ZAS. Furthermore, he is in the extended board of the German Quality Management Association e.V. (GQMA) and is heading the archiving working group. He is co-author of the GQMA manuscript on “Electronic Archiving in the GxP area” and invited public speaker on several national and international conferences.

Till-Martin Schuldt

Vita

Till-Martin Schuldt is an expert in the field of document and information management and has held various management positions within the Rhenus Group since 2001. His core tasks included mailroom management, document digitization, setting up systems for long-term data archiving and physical document storage. In addition to his role as Managing Director of Rhenus Archiv Services GmbH, he also joined the management team at Z.A.S. Zentral Archiv Services GmbH in order to drive forward the development of specialized services in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Pascal Botta
Head of Sales and Marketing

Vita

Pascal started his career at Rhenus 2016 in the sales department and progressed from regional sales to international key account management to become Head of Sales and Marketing at Rhenus Archive Services and ZAS.

With a focus on sales from the outset and a background in economics, online-marketing
and an MBA in general management, he develops customized business solutions that are precisely tailored to the needs of customers.

Anja Dencker
Head of Business Operations

Vita

In addition to her training as a bank clerk and her studies, Anja brought both business administration know-how and 10+ years of project and management experience before she set up the project management department at ZAS in 2019. Her professional career included operational and strategic decisions, project work and concept development as well as continuous further training. In her position as Head of Business Operations, she is always motivated to support our clients with her expertise to ensure a smooth experience.

As a contact person in the field of quality management, she relies on transparent and effective communication with our customers.

Oliver Nicolai

Oliver as biologist by education and with several years of experience in in vivo and in vitro research together with positions in QS and qualification / validation in the pharmaceutical industry used his knowledge to achieve the manufacturing authorization for Z.A.S. as QM-head.

Now he brings all his knowledge into the storage, handling and transport of biological materials and retention samples as Head of Special Archive Operations.

Maik Mentzel
Head of Archive and Logistics Group

Vita

With over 20 years of experience in transportation and a passion for training in warehouse professions, Maik efficiently and professionally manages our archive and logistics department. His personal experience as a project manager for archive takeovers until 2019 gives him a unique insight into the industry.
